A slightly cloudy day in Brisbane, but a perfect time to visit the MindBodySpirit Festival at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Today I joined the festival as a visitor, connecting with like-minded practitioners and exploring different wellbeing modalities that support healing and balance. As a newly qualified sound healing practitioner, it’s always inspiring to see how many people are passionate about holistic health and personal transformation. Events like this are a wonderful reminder that the wellness community continues to grow, and I’m looking forward to planning more sound bath sessions and collaborations in the coming months.
