On this slightly cloudy Saturday, I found the perfect moment to reflect and share. This video is the audio recording of my third public sound bath, hosted at Rochedale Community Hall, QLD Australia on 16th August 2025. The theme was Inner Child Healing. Instead of the gong, I chose to work with a swing chime, bringing lightness, curiosity and playfulness – to gently support anyone carrying a heavy heart.
